To reserve, you’ll sign a contract and choose between two payment options: a 50% retainer with one final payment, or a 35% retainer with a flexible three-payment plan.
Once the booking is complete, your story is officially on our calendar—and we begin planning how to capture it with the care and artistry it deserves.

This is where the creative magic begins. Together, we’ll design a photography and/or videography experience that reflects your story, your energy, and your vision. From planning timelines to scheduling any pre-wedding sessions—like engagements, bridals, or boudoir—we’ll guide you every step of the way.
If applicable, we’ll also do a venue walkthrough to get familiar with the space and map out the best way to document your day with intention and ease.

We typically book weddings 8–18 months in advance, especially for high-demand seasons or destination events. If your date is sooner, definitely reach out—we sometimes have openings and always do our best to accommodate meaningful inquiries.
Our style is cinematic, documentary, and emotionally grounded. We focus on capturing real moments—beautifully, but truthfully. We guide you gently when needed, but never force anything. Your connection and the energy of your day are what lead the way.
Unless you request to book an associate collection, You’ll always work with Ashley. If you are booking both photo and video Logan will also be present. Depending on the size of your celebration, we may bring one of our team members to assist
