RESERVE YOUR DATE
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a custom proposal with everything you need to officially secure your date.
To reserve, you’ll sign a contract and choose between two payment options: a 50% retainer with one final payment, or a 35% retainer with a flexible three-payment plan.
Once the booking is complete, your story is officially on our calendar—and we begin planning how to capture it with the care and artistry it deserves.
Design + Plan
This is where the creative magic begins. Together, we’ll design a photography and/or videography experience that reflects your story, your energy, and your vision. From planning timelines to scheduling any pre-wedding sessions—like engagements, bridals, or boudoir—we’ll guide you every step of the way.
If applicable, we’ll also do a venue walkthrough to get familiar with the space and map out the best way to document your day with intention and ease.

Whether it’s the first day of a wedding weekend, an intimate adventure elopement, or the full celebration itself—this is where everything comes to life.
You get to be fully present, soak it all in, and trust that we’ll be there capturing every moment with care and clarity.
From the quiet anticipation to the wild joy, we’ll document your day as it truly unfolds—artfully, honestly, and with your story at the center of it all.

After the celebration, the storytelling continues. You’ll receive a curated sneak peek of your wedding photos within 72 hours—perfect for reliving the magic and sharing with loved ones. Your full photo gallery will be delivered within 8–10 weeks, and your final wedding films within 10–12 weeks.
Every image and frame is carefully crafted to reflect not just how your day looked, but how it felt. Timeless, emotional, and uniquely yours.

Destination FAQ's
Yes, your custom destination collection will come with all fees already calculated into the final price.
We typically book destination weddings 8–18 months in advance, especially for high-demand seasons If your date is sooner, definitely reach out—we sometimes have openings and always do our best to accommodate meaningful inquiries.
We book everything needed on our end from travel to lodging to permits. Unless there is something that strictly must be done by the client, we do all the heavy lifting
